Good to Great Siesta Key Opportunities.

If you are keeping an eye on the Siesta Key market with a focus on units that will offer rental income, here are a few to scroll through.There is a square icon in the upper right hand corner of the listings that will allow you to enlarge the photos. I will update regularly as new listings hit the market. For the most part, these listings are one week minimum. Sometimes 2 week minimum units also perform well, depending on the development.  

Some of these units I've saved because they have good rental income but the price is still higher than it will likely sell. Another important consideration if seeking a mortgage, you will need a portfolio lender rather than a large national
bank. Locally we can refer you to lenders that are more successful than others in regard to funding rental properties.
